Evening & Weekend Viewings
We don't expect people to work around us. We're busy ourselves and know how difficult it is fit everything into the working day, so we cater for working professionals and our accompanied viewings can be carried out until 7pm in the evening and up until 1pm on a Saturday.

Fast Response
We respond quickly. Whether you're a tenant with a broken boiler, or a landlord with a vacant property, we'll do our darndest to make sure we're on the case pronto! Time waits for no man.

We're Honest & Realistic
We price properties properly and then do our best to sell them or rent them quickly. We aren't in the business of ego massage and we don't think it's what you really want. If it is, just say and we know somebody who can help.

We're Professionally Trained

All of our front line staff are ARLA or NAEA trained and we are members of both organisations. If a jobs worth doing, it's worth doing properly.

We're open about what we charge
We think you like to know what we charge before we come and see you and then you can decide if you want to see us after all. We aren't in the habit of pretending it's a big secret and then refusing to leave until you've signed your life away.
