GO Property Services Ltd has been trading since 2003. Trading as Lettings direct.co.uk, we initially operated purely as Letting Agents in Nottingham before expanding to open as Letting Agents in Leeds in 2007.

The business has always worked hard to offer clients a fast and efficient way of renting property at a fair price and we have always specialised in renting good quality, well presented properties to tenants who pass our thorough vetting procedure.

Lettings direct.co.uk changed its name in November 2009 to become GO Property Services. At the same time, in Nottingham, we have also expanded into Estate Agency and moved our office to our new high profile premises on Hucknall Road. GO Property Services now offers Letting Agency in Nottingham, Estate Agency in Nottingham, and Letting Agency in Leeds. Each specialism has its own web presence to put ous in the forefront of people's minds when they are looking to buy or rent.

All of our frontline staff are ARLA or NAEA trained and we also hold regular workshops in-house to update our team with changes in legislation or case law.

We are also members of regional Landlord Associations, in Nottingham our MD is also a director of EMPO, and our Branch Manager in Leeds is a member of the RLA, so we are kept well up-to-date with legislation and local issues.

GO Property Services is affiliated to The National Association of Estate Agents, who are working to promote professionalism within the industry. It is a prerequisite of the NAEA that we abide by its code of practice. We are also registered with The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
